Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort

General Information
What to expect: Because it comprises only 15 acres and features low-rise buildings, this resort tends to attract more middle aged couples than larger Sandals resorts. (Guests must be couples at least 18 years of age.) Cannons and classical statues outside announce the resort's British Colonial style, which also includes elaborate lattice and pastel fretwork throughout. Upon check-in, guests receive cold towels and welcome champagne.
Amenity highlights: Four pools (each about 50 by 25 feet) are surrounded by sundecks and five spa tubs (accommodating eight to 12 guests) and provide easy-access pleasure throughout the 15-acre resort. One pool and a spa tub are located on the resort's private island, where there is a nude beach. Stone-and-concrete piers divide the resort's main, 250-yard beach into scalloped coves of water that remains calm in most weather conditions.
Insider tip: For surcharges, couples can arrange a champagne picnic on the resort's private island 50 yards offshore and accessible by the resort's shuttle boat.

The room rate includes most amenities and activities; guests will not be charged extra. (Scroll up to All-Inclusive Details for more information).

This resort features four restaurants, a tea room, and five bars, including a disco bar with dark pink walls, dark green ceiling, and wood dance floor. DJ music is offered nightly. The disco includes slot machines and a kiosk provides high-speed Internet access (surcharge).

Also on-site are a fitness center, four pools, five spa tubs, and two saunas. A beauty salon offers massage, waxing, hair braiding, and hair and nail care (surcharges for all services). A gift shop is open daily. A resort orientation takes place twice a day and a tour desk can help arrange excursions. Conference facilities can accommodate up to 60 people.

Guests are also entitled to use facilities, including restaurants, at all Sandals resorts in Jamaica. Complimentary roundtrip transportation is provided to the two other Sandals resorts in the Montego Bay area, Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Inn.

This resort is for adult couples (singles and children are not allowed).
