Can I stay at one and play at another?
Yes, when you stay at one Sandals Resort, you are welcome to play at all. An important note to remember is that you can't sleep at the other resorts and you have to provide your own transportation between resorts in different cities. In St. Lucia complimentary transfers are provided between all 3 resorts. In Montego Bay complimentary transfers are included between the 3 Sandals Resorts, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean and Sandals Inn. In Ocho Rios complimentary transfers are provided between Sandals Dunn's River, Sandals Ocho Rios, and the Sandals Golf and Country Club.

A no-tipping policy applies at the resort only. A modest gratuity per piece of luggage is suggested for airport luggage handlers.
The resort has a 100% cancellation, no-show, and short-stay penalty. Because unforeseen circumstances arise, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Hurricane Guarantee
In the unlikely event that hurricane force winds (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) directly hit the Sandals or Beaches resorts while you are a guest, interrupting the use of all the included activities, Sandals or Beaches Resorts will offer a free replacement vacation to be taken at any Sandals or Beaches Resort of your choice. This replacement stay will be for the same duration as the one originally booked, regardless of how many days were affected by the hurricane. The replacement stay will be in an equivalent room category to the one originally booked, exclusive of air and will be subject to certain blackout dates.
Guests also have access/privileges to Beaches Sandy Bay. However, parents must note that the supervised children's program/services will only be available at the resort they are personally staying at (they cannot drop kids off at the resort they are not staying at).
This offer must be applied within one year from the date the hurricane directly hit the resort. This offer is subject to change and can be withdrawn without notice. This offer supersedes all previously printed hurricane guarantee offers for Sandals. Blackout dates are defined as those deemed by Sandals Resorts to be not available for such stays. |
